A date has been selected for our 5th Meeting to be held in Porto; Friday, October 2nd, 2009, and abstract submission is encouraged. Please find the details below.

Dear colleges,
We are waiting for you in Porto at 2nd October for the EMBL Alumni Association Iberian local chapter meeting, which will take place at IBMC - Instituto de Biologia Molecular e Celular in Porto, Portugal.
The meeting will have scientific talks open to the institute. If you are interested in present your current work, please send us an abstract until the end of August.
We also would like to listen you about issues to be focused in the meeting. We need your feedback to organize a nice meeting, please participate with your comments and suggestions. Also, let us know if you are planning to attend the meeting.
The program will be available in beginning of September.
We are looking forward to see you in Porto.

Olá EMBL alumni,
Please mark in your schedulers the date (2nd October) for the 5th meeting of the Iberian local chapter of the EMBL Alumni Association, which will take place at IBMC - Instituto de Biologia Molecular e Celular in Porto, Portugal.
The meeting will have the participation of an EMBL group leader, the EMBO Installation Grantee, Tiago Outeiro, from IMM, University of Lisbon, will present his work on neurodegenerative diseases and some scientific talks open to the institute selected among the abstracts submitted by the participants. So, if you are interested in present your current work, please send us an abstract.
